Sugar snap “Golden sweet”

Golden Sugar Snap peas are a rare, vibrant yellow variety of sugar snap peas with a sweet, nutty flavor and a crisp, crunchy texture. Developed by Dr. Calvin Lamborn, the botanist who created the original sugar snap pea, these peas are available seasonally in spring and sometimes fall. They are rich in nutrients, including vitamin C, fiber, and vitamin A.
